Subcommittee OKs bill to take CDLs from lethal drivers

The bill, sponsored by Del. Rob Bell, R-Albemarle, would require Virginia’s Department of Motor Vehicles to confiscate the commercial driver’s license of any commercial driver who recklessly causes an accident that kills another driver.
